With 2018 well underway, I note that some members are still away on holidays and others have just returned from the holiday break. With this in mind a great way to get back into the routine of training and catch up on missed classes is through Private Lessons. We offer Private Lessons to all our members regardless of age or rank. Lessons can be purchased in packs of 4 , 8 or 12 for 30, 45 or 60 minute slots. When you learn privately with one of our qualified Sensei, you are getting the best of the best in a one on one training environment. Once you have tried private lessons with us you will feel the difference immediately with your technique and have greater confidence going forward. Please see John at the front desk to book your private lessons and get 2018 off to a flying start. #Aikido

A reminder that classes have resumed for 2018. We have a new training schedule that may suit students better. We would appreciate your feedback on this, positive or negative, we like to know your thoughts and will always try our best to accommodate you. Remember any time we have a break it may seem hard to regain the enthusiasm to resume training. However, the first step is to review your goals for the New Year and determine that you will do everything you can to avoid excuses and get back into training. As Lao Tzu said, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." So step out and into the dojo and onto the mats and restart where you left off in 2017. We are here to help you achieve your goals. Finally, if you know of anyone who may be interested or can benefit from Aikido training please direct them our way. We will do the rest. You benefit via our referral rewards. Thanks again for placing your trust in West Coast Aikido and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
