Martial Arts for Teens (Ages 13–17)
Our Teen Program uses the complete system of Yoseikan Aikido — striking, throwing, locking, and weapons training — to teach:
- How to stay safe in real-life situations
- Confidence to handle peer pressure and bullying
- Emotional resilience and stress management
- Leadership, responsibility, and respect
Parents often notice their teens becoming more mature, confident, and respectful, both at home and in school. Teens discover a positive outlet that sharpens focus, builds physical fitness, and creates lasting self-belief.
